All active and passive skill accumulates.
Restrictions:
3rd class skills do not accumulate.
Passive skills do not accumulate (Robe Mastery, Heavy Mastery, Light Mastery, Magiciam Movement & Weapon Mastery).
Max level skills replaces the lowest level.
